They will NOT expand,or hire new people, and after a couple of years of being taxed to death-close. That means higher unemployment and higher taxes to pay unemployment. If the cost of you doing business increases and your Taxes go up (only if you make more than $ 250.000.00 that is under Obama) you pass on the additional cost to the consumer.
