So the ozone layer may not be the reason for the warming. Warming may have occured even if there were no humans on the earth. As of right now there is no way for us to restore the Ozone layer. However it is restoring itself naturally. We can reduce the amount of emmissions and encourage the growth of plants to absorb the gases.
