Call forwarding from internet phone line not connecting to cell phone?

Zora Mazzie: i am only guessing here but you have cox cable home phone, and a cell on a different network?Nextel, maybe they uncompatible? I do the same thing in AUS but my cell and home phone are with the same company. Who pays for the diversion from home to cell? Cox or Nextel? By rights Cox should and the person who has the diversion on. The only problem I see you call it an internet phone? has it got credit to call cell phones, ie it is not a stand alone phone line, just with the same company?
