Marcel Then: the pixelation is called tiling. it is a problem with the signal quality going to the box. evidently the installer didnt to a good job of checking your signal before he left. you will have to have someone come back out and hopefully do it right. it happens.
Tatiana Evanosky: I would take the boxes back and get non-hd boxes.
Marjory Stromme: I install cable and the problem is the signal. It could be anything from a bad splitter or too many splits before it gets to that TV. Or it can be bad or old wiring. You shouldnt be charged for them to fix it if its not more than 30days after install.
