Alonso Crehan: Go Vegan or Vegetarian! Or try a detox diet every month or so
Mitchell Pickens: I'm so with you on this.. I was 136 pounds (not overweight, just unecessary fat that wasnt needed!) and I got down to 112 (WAY too skinny!) so i decided to gain some pounds and came at 119 pounds. But now im 124 pound (5 pounds doesnt sound alot, but I feel SO different. my jeans are a tad tighter) I'm just greatful i havent gone back to 136 or ill be so depressed. Basically, try to stick to healthy food and have a "free day" to eat whatever you want (not alot though) or just have a treat once a or twice a week, this way you are more excited, but try not to overeat. Try to exercise 3-4 times a week if so, even just for 30 minutes. I totally ignored exercising, which made me put on weight. It seems easy to exercise, but sometimes its difficult because I believe just because ive finished my diet, I don't have to exercise anymore. But I wish I should of.. just have motivation! though, thats key, and control. Just think to yourself how amazing you want to look, that you want to recieve compliments etc :)...Show more
Patricia Dornbos: keep on the diet , I was on a strict Atkin's diet for 3.5 month's and I dropped 70 pounds , then I stopped the diet and gained the weight back within a year :-(
Erica Bottaro: continue to eat rite and do exercise 2-4 times a week
Omar Phipps: Your diet is supposed to become your lifestyle and not something you use to just lose a few pounds then just stop. You gotta keep dieting and excersisin - its the only way to have a balanced weight.
