Particia Thorton: i think it is legal to split lanes in cali. you can roll right on by those fourwheelers stuck ! in traffic. you will save piles of time by doing this.it might take i little longer than driving without traffic becuase you may not want to go hammering past slow or stopped cars at 75 mph. but it will certainly not take 2.5 hrs.
