A question on divorce?

Ramon Dahlheimer: MOST MARRIAGES IN AMERICA DON'T END IN DIVORCEThose who marry or were cohabiting prior to the age of 24 account for 85% of first and repeated divorces and relationship failures. Most divorces are repeats after a first failed marriage.Wait until age 24 and the chances of divorce go down. Wait until the female is 24 and the male is 30, with no previous marriages or shacking up, and the chances of divorce bottom out....Show more

Andra Oger: Most couples get married because of sex, thinking it is love and then find out it wasn't. Then comes divorce.

Rosie Travino: Because it's not sure to happen.

Stanton Valdivia: Because they love each other and want to spend the rest of there lives together. Sometimes it doesn't happen but every couple believes that it will at the time. Some work/try really hard at there relationship and it works out

Alexis Reyer: Because they don't think theirs will end in divorce. I am a firm believer that peop! le change and life around them changes no one was ever meant to fall in love forever. There is only one animal in the kingdom that stays with the same mate throughout its lifetime and it isn't a human.

Rebeca Mckin: I don't think people go into a marriage thinking it will fail. They want to believe they are in that 40% that do survive. I don't really think age has a big part of it I think it is the "I want it now generation" it is more about lust than love, or I love you right now. I know from experience when times get hard people don't tend to think or work out their issues they are so quick to end the marriage without exhausting all possibilities and resources to save the marriage. No one really remembers how they fell in love but they sure as heck know how they fell out of love with one another. It is so easy to get married and divorced in the US....Show more
