Sheree Hipwell: as for the person above who was really helpfull(not) people do like their questions answerd yes the ds does take a game card,you can get a whole wide range of games for this,i think they are quite expensive but there is ebay if you dont mind pre used games.but you can always look around and get a good deal.

The prices range from $19.95 - $34.95 ( US Dollars )You can buy them at anywhere u can buy a NintendoDSWalmart, Target, Best Buy, ToysRusBest buy does some clearances for DS games so some of them u can find for prices like $14.99. Rick Duchane: yes the ds takes game cards it doesn't come with any pre installed games. you can buy ds games from many sites such as play.com, amazon and eBay.all in all the ds is a fantastic games console my personal favorite.
