Luther Plagmann: some relationships can effect on their job and if someone gets hurt they might make a change in the persons job their in.they might even fire them (that's just my opinion)
Darrel Stele: because if the emplyees break up then it can cause problems within the work place!
Karey Dunken: Because it gives them a bad reputation and other coworkers would think the worker is getting benefits from the boss rather than skills wise.
Todd Stogner: Because sometimes when you have relationship between employees they can't handle it and don't know how to draw the line between personal lives and business.
Agustina Stimmel: Ethically it's wrong. If a man has say so over a dozen people and he gives out yearly evaluations and pay increases he can certainly miss use this by sleeping with one and giving her favoritism. I saw this alot where I worked in the 80's.Goes the same with workers who as employees sleeping together. I had a head clerk get pregn! ant by one of the routemen while dating another routeman and there was a big fist fight in the office over it.Dating and having relations with other co-workers is never good. I left this bs and got a job in the HR Dept. and learned alot about this. I found bosses not giving bonuses or pay increases due to "behavior" of this problem....Show more
